seeds and nuts. The major product is fat that helps in restoration of cells and
insulation of vital structures including the heart, arteries, the brain, and
many others. Since too much intake of refined complements is disastrous, it is
advisable to incorporate use of natural supplements. They may comprise of
cobnuts, safflower seeds, gingerly seeds and peanuts.
Cereals and millet are a major supply of existing carbohydrate and
fiber. As building units as well as strengthening entities, their significance
is underscored by their regular consumption. Commonly preferred in some meals
they help in aversion of some conditions such as constipation. Some examples may
comprise of oats, corn, rice and wheat.
