Dolph Ziggler & Creatine to Help His Losing Streak

By Rob Sutter

Why is that a potential World Heavyweight Champion continually seems to be treated as if he's a joke? Dolph Ziggler seems to have a championship run in his future but looking at his losing streak recently, you wouldn't be able to tell. You would come to imagine that someone who's in line for a title shot would be stronger and come away with more victories. Maybe it's time that Ziggler analyzes his body of work, whether creatine is used in the future or not.

Creatine is needed in order to help the muscles, providing energy to them all the while. When you think about how much exertion professional wrestling calls for, this should come as little surprise to anyone. However, people commonly wrestle matches that can go as long as a half hour, so you have to make sure that your endurance is up to snuff. In order to get to this point of physical conditioning, you can receive help from reputable authorities such as the Muscular Development Store.

There are many performers that exude energy but it seems like Ziggler has just about each of them beaten on that account. He's the kind of wrestler who could take even the most common maneuver and react to it as if he was struck by a car. This is art of selling done to a high degree and the fact that he can make each opponent he's in the ring with look good is a testament to his talent. Ziggler has taken this uncommonly used art and built his entire way of wrestling around it.

His level of animation also goes to show in the way that he performs moves in the ring and wrestles overall. While he may not be the most proficient wrestler in the world, the truth is that WWE can easily list him as a top five overall performer. His matches have usually been very good because he can technically perform moves and play to the crowd in a way that they react. He is what many people in this particular business refer to as the total package.

Ziggler is already very energetic, so why would he need creatine to help his game? It's not so much a means for him to become more active but rather become stronger if he is to face off against opponents who are bigger than him by comparison. He's the kind of wrestler who may not be physically imposing next to other athletes in the business but that doesn't mean he still can't be strong. Training, along with the right supplements, can lend a great assist.
